This series continues to hold a grip on me. Many secrets are revealed in this book and it breaks my heart to realize that they all continue to doubt her with the truth and continue the lies. A traitor is revealed but I feel that was an obvious one, and a tragedy strikes deep. Of course I am continuing on with the purchases of the books to come. Absolutely have to see how this ends, hope it won't be disappointing and rushed as some authors tend to do.
I believe this series has great potential to pull the readers into the realm of creative writing by the Wilson's exploits into the darkness that's cometh. At times I fine it's a slow moving novel and wanting it to move faster. But, I am fickle and fine being pull back into the pages. So I suggest to the readers to fine a soft couch and wait for the good parts that keep you glued to the pages. Worthy read and working on the fourth Installment . . .maybe I'll take a walk first before starting.

I'm trying my damnedest to not let my love for this author produce a biased review! In all honesty, I hadn't even heard of Randi Cooley Wilson until my (AKA my BFF) decided to full on assault my "we suggest" list brandishing the Revelation series. About 5 pages was all it took. Devouring Revelation and Restraint in a mere 48 hours, I was left with a huge Asher shaped hole in my heart for months. Needless to say, the opportunity to read and review Redemption was the equivalent to sweet baby Jesus parting the heavens and supplying me with a lifetime of chocolate.

I have to say, this book is my favorite of Randi's series so far. I can always count on a good emotional roller coaster when it comes to her books but this one... the feels I tell you. The most significant character evolution to me was Eve. I really feel like she is FINALLY coming into her own in Redemption. Randi does such a phenomenal job of transitioning Eve from an unsure and essentially people pleasing puppet, to a strong and decisive, take charge kind of girl. Can I get a "Hell yeah"!

Gage- Let's talk about Mr sex on a stick shall we? FINALLY we start to learn the history and inner turmoil that drives this fine specimen of a man. Nicotine induced lust fest for all you ladies! I was pretty "take it or leave it" with Gage in the previous books (GASP, I know) but Redemption took all those wishy washy feelings I had towards the gritty Adonis and turned them upside down!

Let's not forget our star crossed lovers. As always, Eve and Asher's love is the all encompassing, reality blurring kind. The secrets, half truths and not to sound trite, but revelations in this book, test their relationship more than ever. Eve becoming more comfortable and confident in her own skin is incredibly prevalent in the way their relationship grows and matures and the way Randi pens this progression is seamless. Let's not forget the sexy time though- I mean naughty Asher is what we all live for right? Shield your ovaries ladies...they may just explode with this one.

I've come to the conclusion that I must have been a terrible person in a previous life and Ms Wilson has been put on this earth to torture me with her cliffhangers. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME RANDI??!! I swear the woman is a sadistic genius. Alas, here's to a few more lonely months of sub par books and longing for my favorite gargoyle. Randi- You rock my literary world. And for those of you who have yet to read the Revelation series, I highly suggest drinking the kool aid!
So the beginning of this book was kinda funny because Gage was the only one that was actually thinking like a normal person and he is funny, by other than that, I can't finish this book. In every single page is the same thing over and over. The way he looks at me, I want to jump him, I want to kiss him, blah blah blah, gosh is so boring. I don't think people are that stupid that they get "tunnel vision" for another being. With that being say I'm done with this childish book.
I loved this series. The fact that it was loosely based on a real historical figure made it all the more interesting. I do not give spoilers. So, with that said, I highly recommend this book and series.
So I had a reading marathon yesterday, and started this book around 8 o'clock. I stayed up until 130 am to finish it because I simply couldn't put it down. It is that good. Ms. Wilson has managed to blow me away once again with her creativeness and ingenuity with this series. I can't even begin to express how much I loved every single part of this novel. I was laughing, swooning, and freaking out because of the major twists she threw at us. As always, the writing is absolutely phenomenal, and you will devour every single word. I never wanted this book to end, and when it did...well let's just say I was a bucket of emotions and wanted the next book right away.

This book picks up right where we left off in Restraint, but don't worry Asher fans, you won't have to wait too long for a reappearance from the ever loveable Asher. There are so many memorable scenes in this novel, one occurs within the first couple of chapters- when Eve and Gage visit the Land of Leprechauns. Trust me on this, it's hysterical and you will never look at leprechauns (or Lucky Charms) the same way again. However, my absolute favorite part of this novel is the characters and their development. Eve grows immensely in this novel, and I loved the way Gage handled her. He takes a much different approach to her protection (and her training), and I think it was very needed. He didn't baby her, which was a good thing even though Asher and clan are looking out for her. Eve stands up for herself more, and makes decisions that are bound to have many dire consequences. Asher is simply amazing, and I can never get enough of him. Seriously, the boy is sinfully delicious, and certain scenes featuring him and Eve are steamy to the extreme.

Callan is hilarious as ever, and Abby is just adorable. They are the perfect couple. I especially loved their bickering over ice cream flavors. Gage is sexy as ever, and while obviously epitomizing bad boy, we see a different side to him. We also see more from Keeghan in this novel, which I greatly appreciated, as we get more of an insight into his mind. We also meet some new characters, and see some familiar faces. Lunette is just hilarious. I loved the entire scene with her, and I hope she is the next books because she will have you cracking up!

This book is filled with twists and turns that you will never see coming. The ending will have you on a high and then send you crashing because of the events that transpire. There is a traitor in their midst, and I hope that it's not true. I really do. The novel ends on a cliffhanger, and the little snippet from the next book, Revolution, is just not enough. I can't wait to see what is going to happen now that certain events have been set in motion. I highly recommend this book to fans of the series, and if you haven't started this series...CHECK IT OUT NOW!!!
